Big Bus, adquireix el negoci d’operació del bus turístic de San Francisco a Grup Julià
We have advised Grupo Julià, on the sale of the San Francisco tourist bus operation business to Big Bus, a UK-based transportation services provider.
The deal value was EUR 1.62m. Specifically, the transaction entails the acquisition of several assets and, additionally, the companies agreed on an earn-out depending on the bus tickets that will be sold within the following seven years.
