Tiko buys Housell and creates a 2,000-property real estate company
RocaJunyent has advised the Spanish real estate agency Tiko, which has taken over the Spanish propetch Housell, controlled by Aviv Group, in one of the largest non-office real estate transactions in Spain.
This transaction reinforces the new business strategy presented by the Spanish proptech in January, in which real estate brokerage will be the mainstay of operations in 2024. Over the next twelve months, the company plans to increase its transaction volume tenfold and attract 700 real estate agents.
The operation has been led by Jaime Tarrero, M&A and Commercial partner of RocaJunyent.
