RocaJunyent advises on the acquisition of Navacel by Amper
RocaJunyent has advised Amper on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the manufacturer of metal structures for offshore wind platforms Navacel, for a total of 23.8 million euros.
The Spanish company Amper continues steadily to fulfil its strategic plan, which should lead to a turnover of 1,000 million euros by 2026. One of the levers of growth are inorganic operations and the company has just completed a new acquisition, this time in offshore wind power.
Of this total, the technology, defence and energy company will pay 12 million in cash and the remaining 11.8 million will be executed through the issue of new Amper shares to be subscribed by the sellers - NavacelSociedad de Cartera, Media Ducia Industrial Invest and CNC-.
The purchase will generate synergies between the two companies, both in terms of complementary industrial capabilities, international customers and facilities.
