RocaJunyent advises Shop Circle on the acquisition of tech company KrakenD

The British group Shop Circle has acquired the Catalan technology company KrakenD, which specialises in API solutions for sectors such as telecommunications, healthcare, and the public sector. The deal strengthens KrakenD's position in the international market, while allowing it to maintain its operational independence.
