RocaJunyent advises Buenavista Capital on the acquisition of Hundred Burgers, a chain renowned for "the best burger in the world"
RocaJunyent has advised Buenavista Equity Partners (formerly GED Capital) on the acquisition of 80% of Hundred Burgers, a restaurant chain based in Valencia, renowned for its innovative cuisine and awarded The World's Best Burger for two consecutive years.
The transaction, which represents the first investment by the Buenavista BuyOut III fund, was led by Jaime Tarrero with the collaboration of Florian Sánchez and Guillermo Iglesias.
Hundred Burgers has a turnover of more than €25 million and is preparing for a new phase of national and international expansion. This transaction strengthens Buenavista's position in the restaurant sector.
