RocaJunyent acts as insolvency administrator in the liquidation process of Domo Polymer Solutions Spain
RocaJunyent has been appointed to intervene in the insolvency proceedings of Domo Polymer Solutions Spain, a company dedicated to the manufacture of polymers for sectors such as textiles and automotive, within the framework of the liquidation process of its industrial plant located in Blanes (Girona).
The proceedings are currently at a key stage, with the opening of the process for the sale of the productive unit, with the aim of maximising the value of the assets and, as far as possible, promoting the continuity of industrial activity and the preservation of employment.
In this context, several companies have expressed interest in acquiring the productive unit, which reinforces expectations of reaching a solution that combines economic viability, an industrial project and a commitment to employment.
The insolvency process is being managed by Josep Pujolràs, partner at RocaJunyent, who has been appointed insolvency administrator of Domo Spain, assuming responsibility for the direction and coordination of the proceedings in accordance with the liquidation rules approved by the Commercial Court.
