At RocaJunyent, we have advised Ferrer, together with Deloitte Legal, on the sale of its consumer products and over-the-counter medicines division to an international multinational group. This subsidiary’s portfolio includes highly recognised brands in the market, such as Gelocatil.

In recent years, Ferrer has pursued an active divestment strategy aimed at optimising its structure, reducing debt, and strengthening its investment capacity. This process is enabling the company to consolidate its position in key therapeutic areas such as fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension.
