Royal Decree 28/2020, published in the Official State Gazette on 23 September (hereinafter, “RD-Ley 28/2020”) regulates working remotely, including telecommuting, which is particularly relevant in today’s world compared to traditional business organisation, and allows new ways of working based on flexibility and balancing professional and family life.
