Is the sale of the production unit in danger?

The sale of the production unit is an instrument that has served to save many companies and jobs. But there is one element that can make this process extremely difficult. The reform of the Insolvency Law obliges the acquirer to continue or restart the activity for a minimum period of three years. This could lead to a substantial decrease in the number of interested parties in the acquisition of production units.
