Privacy policy

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") informs you about the data processing carried out by ROCA JUNYENT, S.L.P. ("RocaJunyent") with respect to the users (the "Users") who visit the website (the "Website" or the "Website"). 2. WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED AT ROCAJUNYENT? Personal data ("Data" or "Data") is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (the "Data Subject" or "Data Subject"). In the event that you wish to receive news or information of interest about RocaJunyent, its events and/or activities, RocaJunyent will process your contact details in order to manage the sending of these communications to the e-mail address provided on the form. B. CONTACT US. If you contact RocaJunyent through the channels provided for this purpose, by e-mail or any other means made available to you, RocaJunyent will process the Contact Data and the details you provide in order to adequately deal with your queries or requests. It may also process your data in order to send you communications that may be of interest to you, if you have consented to this. C. BROWSING OUR WEBSITE. 5. HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE KEPT? Your Data will be kept for the period of time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and specifically: a. In relation to the Data you provide to RocaJunyent to make enquiries or contact you, it will process the Data for as long as necessary for the following purposes to respond to your query or request, as well a s , where appropriate, for the time necessary to deal with possible complaints or queries on your part. c. In relation to web browsing data, until you revoke your consent and for a maximum period of 1 year. In any case, the information on web traffic is periodically deleted, so that RocaJunyent will only keep anonymised statistical usage data (without identification of Users). Once the Data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, they will remain blocked for the sole purpose of meeting any liability or obligations that may arise from the processing thereof.

REGISTRATION AND MONITORING OF CORPORATE WEB SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS In the case of the profiles that RocaJunyent maintains in the different social networks linked from this Website, for example, through plugins or third-party applications, your Data may be processed under other privacy policies of the owners of said social networks. The use of these connectors is voluntary. If you choose to use them, you will be authorising the communication of your Data (IP address, navigation data) to the RocaJunyent will not be responsible for the further processing that these social networks may carry out with your data.  8. SECURITY MEASURES RocaJunyent is particularly concerned about guaranteeing the security of your data.
