Women's leadership: sisterhood and "prodiversity"

Today, 8 March, is the International Women's Day and to mark the occasion, Natalia Martí, partner and member of the Board of Directors, has shared her perspective on female leadership and how to move forward in terms of equality and diversity in an article published in Expansión.

In her article, Natalia highlights that in this time of change in the position of women in the professional world, there are two key ways to achieve leadership positions: sisterhood among women and the involvement of men in the achievement of gender equality.
