Specializing in Real Estate Law and Corporate Law, he has intervened in important legal proceedings, including litigation in the field of construction contracts and liability for building defects, contract fulfillment, conflicts between shareholders and social crimes.

He has developed external legal advisory functions of important financial entities, specializing in financial derivatives (SWAP).
