RocaJunyent has advised Banco de Sabadell, as lender, on the financing for the construction, development and opening to the public of the first five-star luxury hotel in Madrid's T4 airport area. This €30 million transaction has been led by José Luis Pita da Veiga, Partner of RocaJunyent's Banking and Finance Law Department.
