Advice to the group of financing entities on the acquisition of Turris Panem S.L. by Realza Capital
RocaJunyent's Banking and Finance Law Department, led by José Luis Pita da Veiga, has advised the syndicate of financing entities in the financing of the acquisition of Turris Panem S.L. by Realza Capital.
Realza Capital took a majority stake in the chain of artisan bread bakeries. The founding partners remained as minority shareholders. The aim of the transaction is to boost the chain's growth plans.
Turris Panem S.L. currently has 25 bakeries, all of them owned in the Barcelona area, and employs around 30 workers. This operation represents the consolidation of Turris Panem S.L. in its area of influence and its national expansion.
