RocaJunyent advises VB Devices in the closing of a financing round of 1.06 million euros

RocaJunyent has advised VB Devices, a Spanish start-up, in the closing of a financing round via crowdfunding of approximately 1.06 million euros, subscribed by 234 investors who have acquired approximately 13% of the company.

VB Devices, based in Barcelona, ​​develops, manufactures and markets innovative devices for vascular medicine.

The company will use the funds raised to strengthen the commercial launch in Europe, expand its industrial capacity, continue developing other products and prepare the regulatory process for access to the United States market.
