RocaJunyent advises Amper on a 31 million euro capital increase

RocaJunyent has advised the underwriters (JB Capital Markets and Renta 4) in the €31 million capital increase, with pre-emptive subscription rights, of Amper. The transaction has been advised by Jaime Tarrero, partner at RocaJunyent.
