Abante, a Spain-based financial advisory firm, agreed to acquire 360ºCorA, also based in Spain, for an undisclosed consideration.
360ºCorA, based in Madrid, is a provider of wealth management and financial advice services.
The deal closure is subject to approval by the CNMV.
