Aurica Capital's management team acquires a majority stake in the company

The management team of Aurica Capital acquired a majority stake in the company from Banco Sabadell for an undisclosed consideration.

Aurica Capital, based in Barcelona, is a private equity firm founded in 2015.

Following the transaction, Banco Sabadell will remain as a minority shareholder in the company.
