Basque fund ABE Capital buys historic family business Fanox

We advised ABE Capital Partners, a Basque fund manager, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Fanox, a historic family-owned company dedicated to the manufacture of protection relays for medium voltage installations. 

ABE Capital Partners is an independent private equity fund manager based in Bilbao and founded in 2019. 

The investment in Fanox is intended to boost the company's growth plans.
