CCPA Group acquires additional 18% stake in Nutega

We advised CCPA Group, a France-based company specializing in animal nutrition and health, in the acquisition of an additional 18% stake in Spain-based Nuevas Tecnologías de Gestión Alimentaria (Nutega). The deal value was not disclosed.

Nutega, based in Coslada, specializes in animal nutrition.

CCPA Group is the majority shareholder in Nutega since 2018 (see related transaction).
