Colonial sells the Tryp Chamartín Hotel in Madrid to Meridia

Our Real Estate team has advised Colonial on the sale of the Tryp Chamartín Hotel to Meridia Real Estate III, SOCIMI controlled by the private equity firm Meridia Capital.
The deal value was EUR 27.5m. Specifically, the property is part of Complejo Centro Norte. The transaction is part of Colonial's strategy to divest non-strategic assets.
