Enerside launches crowdfunding bonds in Spain

Our capital markets team, led by Jaime Tarrero, has advised Enerside Energy on an agreement for the issuance in France of simple bonds for up to €5M with Enerfip.

This issue will make Enerside one of the first Spanish listed companies to enter the crowdfunding bond market, a growing alternative financing option in Europe that had not yet reached Spain. The issue will be used for the development of its own projects.
