Excom acquires additional 25% of Telewifi

We advised Excom, a Spain-based Internet service provider, in the acquisition of an additional 25% in Telewifi, also based in Spain. The deal value was not disclosed.

With the transaction, Excom increases its stake in Telewifi to 75%.

Telewifi, based in Benamejí, Córdoba, is also an Internet service provider.
