Fontas sells the Diagonal 490 building in Barcelona to Conren Tramway

The German fund Fontas and Conren Tramway have reached a buy-sell agreement for the Diagonal 490 property in Barcelona.

The building, built in 1915, is located at the confluence of two of the city's main thoroughfares and in the prime area of Barcelona's business district.
