Formentor Capital Partners acquires Excom

Formentor Capital Partners, a Spain-based private equity firm, acquired a majority stake in Spain-based Excom. The deal value was approximately EUR 12m.

Excom, based in Alcobendas, Madrid, is an Internet operator.

Excom Co-Founder Luis Abenza Sánchez will remain as a shareholder in the company and hold the position of CEO.
