Grupo Up acquire the private part of the Tennis Municipality Sport Complex from Federació Catalana de Tennis
Grupo Up, a Spain-based operator of tennis and padel centers, has been advised by our Real Estate team on its acquisition of the private part of the Tennis Municipality Sport Complex, located in Cornellà, from Federació Catalana de Tennis.
The deal value was two million euros. Specifically, the acquired asset is comprised of approximately 8,000 m2.
