Homuork is integrated into LCI Education

We advised the founders of HOMUORK on the sale of their total shareholding to the Canadian company LCI Education. The amount of the transaction has not been made public.

Homuork, based in Barcelona, is dedicated to the design of e-learning experiences for companies and universities.

LCI Education, on the other hand, is one of the global leaders in the e-learning sector, with a worldwide presence and 23 top-tier schools.
