Inmocaixa acquires an office building in Madrid

Inmocaixa, CriteriaCaixa's real estate subsidiary, has acquired an office building in the Arroyo de la Vega business park (Alcobendas) owned by Colonial. The transaction has been advised by our Real Estate Law department. The team was formed by partner Xavier Serramalera and senior associates Carlos Fernández and Lorena Llarena.

The asset has a surface area of 17,400 square metres, has "BREAAM Very Good" and "LEED Gold" sustainability certification.

InmoCaixa, a subsidiary of CriteriaCaixa, manages the real estate assets of the "la Caixa" Foundation, with a portfolio of assets of more than 2,700 million euros, distributed throughout Spain.
