Madrid City Council acquires an office building

Madrid City Council acquired an office building in the city from our client, Rex Spain. The deal value was EUR 55m.  Specifically, the property is located at 6 Julián Camarillo St. It has an area of 17,546 m2, 249 parking spaces and currently houses the Organismo Autónomo de Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (IAM), with about 1,200 workers
