Repsol acquires majority stake in Gana Energía

Repsol, a Spain-based energy company, acquired a majority stake in Spain-based Gana Energía for an undisclosed consideration.

Gana Energía, based in Valencia, is a green energy distributor.

Sellers include venture capital firms Angels Capital and Bewater Funds, who we have advised in the process. The founders of the company remain as minority shareholders.
