RocaJunyent advised Zurich Insurance on the sale of the Zurich Building to Besant Capital

RocaJunyent 's Real Estate Law team has advised Zurich Insurance on the sale of the emblematic Zurich Building to Besant Capital. The building, located at Calle Alcalá 44 in Madrid, belonged until now to the insurance company, which will move all its activity to its headquarters on Paseo de la Castellana.
 

The Zurich Building, one of the most emblematic in the centre of the capital, has a floor area of approximately 12,000 square metres distributed over seven floors, as well as four underground parking levels. It is currently used as office space.
 

This acquisition is part of Besant Capital's luxury-oriented strategy.
