RocaJunyent Advises Banca March on the First Mandatorily Convertible Bond Issue Listed on the MARF

RocaJunyent advised Banca March, in its capacity as underwriter, on Grupo Ecoener's issuance of mandatorily convertible bonds with a total face value of 15 million euros, which will be listed on the Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF).

The transaction marks a milestone for the Spanish capital markets, as it is the first issuance of convertible bonds to be listed on the MARF since the market's creation in 2013.

The advisory work was led by Jaime Tarrero, a partner in RocaJunyent's Capital Markets practice, together with Guillermo Iglesias.
