RocaJunyent advises GED Capital on the reorganisation and sale of its investee Araven.

RocaJunyent' s Tax Department has advised GED Capital, the Spanish fund specialised in investing in medium-sized companies and with 1,000 million euros under management, in the sale process of its investee Araven as well as in the reorganisation process of those business units that it maintains in its perimeter. Our professionals Raúl Salas and Elena Ferrer-Sama have advised on this transaction, which has successfully culminated in the sale of this investee to the US multinational CFS Brands.
