RocaJunyent advises on the sale of Firmaprofesional to Logalty

We have advised on the sale of Firmaprofesional to Logalty. The acquisition of Firmaprofesional involves the integration of 45 professionals in Madrid and Barcelona and a portfolio of a thousand clients that will allow Logalty to create geographical synergies and grow in areas such as Public Administration, education and healthcare.

This is Logalty's fourth acquisition in a year and a half with the aim of growing in qualified certification and digital identity solutions.

The transaction has been led by Corporate and M&A partner Xavier Foz, senior associate Jordi Bermúdez and lawyer Cristina Encina.
