RocaJunyent advises Zurich on the sale of three office buildings in the centre of Barcelona

We have advised the Swiss insurer Zurich on the sale of a portfolio of offices in the centre of Barcelona comprising three buildings amounting to 12,000 square metres with 100% occupancy.

Two of the assets have been purchased by the fund manager Propreal and the third has been acquired by a private investor. With these transactions, Zurich completes the asset rotation strategy that began in 2022 with a focus on strengthening the portfolio's positioning in grade A, sustainable and efficient assets.

The transactions have been led by real estate partner Roger Pla, associate Carlos Fernández and lawyer Anna Estorach.
