RocaJunyent has advised Zurich on the Torre Mízar sale for 36 million euros

RocaJunyent has advised Rex Spain, Zurich Group company, on the "Torre Mízar" office building sale to Mutualidad de los Arquitectos, Arquitectos Técnicos y Químicos (HNA) for 36 million euros.

The asset, located in Madrid's Ciudad Lineal area, has 7,350 square metres and has become the third property in the same area owned by HNA.

The transaction has been led by Roger Pla, Carlos Fernández and Anna Estorach.
