Sareb sells an office building in La Coruña

We advised Servihabitat on the sale, through Sareb (Sociedad de Gestión de Activos Procedentes de la Reestructuración Bancaria), of an office building in La Coruña to a Galician property company. The amount of the transaction is EUR 5.4m.

The property, located in Calle Gaitera, has a surface area of approximately 4,000 m2 and is mostly leased to the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
