Servinform closes the acquisition of Tessi's Spanish business

Servinform, a Spanish provider of technology and outsourcing services, has closed the acquisition of the majority of the Spanish business of the French company Tessi. The amount of the transaction has amounted to approximately 19 million euros. Specifically, the acquired business includes Graddo, BPO Solutions, Diagonal Company Services & Solutions and Hipotecarios Atacas, which in 2019 recorded sales of EUR 83.3M. Tessi, whom we have advised, continues to be present in Spain with Isyc, Todoencloud, Gdoc Spain, as well as the Spanish activities of ADM Value.
