We have advised Vortice, an Italian company specialized in the ventilation sector, in the process of acquiring the Spanish Industrial Ventilation Ind, which operates under the Casals brand.
Casals, based in Sant Joan de les Abadesses, Catalonia, is a manufacturer of industrial fans.
Following the transaction, the company will continue operating under the Casals brand.
