Xior agrees to acquire student residence in Barcelona
Xior, a Belgium-based real estate investment trust specializing in student housing, agreed to acquire a student residence in the recently opened new campus of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), in Barcelona, from our client, LIFE.
The deal value was approximately EUR 25.5m. Specifically, the transaction will be structured through the transfer of all the shares of the holding company of the project, I Love Barcelona Campus Besòs.
