Zurich acquires an office building in the 22@ district

Advising Zurich, through a fund with Banco Sabadell, on the acquisition of the office complex at 105 Sancho de Ávila Street, in the 22@ technology district, from Urbania. The transaction has been led by our Real Estate Law partner Roger Pla and lawyer Anna Estorach.

Located on the site of the former Llorenç Pons i Clerc soap factory, the property has 2,331 square metres distributed over seven floors and several terraces totalling 745 square metres.
