Zurich Seguros acquires a building in Madrid

We advised Rex Spain, a subsidiary of Zurich Seguros, a Spanish insurance company, in the acquisition of a building in Madrid from Grupo Rosales. The amount of the operation has not been made public. Specifically, the property is located at number 34 Velázquez street, and has commercial premises on the ground floor, seven office floors and a roof terrace. Currently, the building is pre-rented at 50%.
