Legal sector report: the relevance of the technology sector

Advances in talent and innovation, together with digitalisation and cybersecurity programmes, are transforming the business fabric. To ensure sustainable growth, the role of regulation will be key, although it poses significant challenges. Regulation is essential to live in a society that respects fundamental rights, but navigating this framework effectively is a challenge. In 2025, it will be vital to foster public-private collaboration, reduce bureaucracy and create policies that drive technological progress, retain investment and promote competitiveness.
