RocaJunyent Group incorporates the Valencian firm EMHE Legal into its Spanish network
With the incorporation of Valencia, the RocaJunyent Group expands its network of offices in Spain to 11 cities
Felipe Palau Ramírez and Javier Peñarrocha Mateu join the RocaJunyent Group as new partners.
Madrid, 7 October 2024. The RocaJunyent Group has incorporated a new firm to offer services in Valencia. The firm is EMHE Legal, a multidisciplinary firm that offers legal advice on commercial, insolvency, tax, labour and criminal matters. EMHE Legal joined the RocaJunyent Group during the first meeting of the Group's partners, held in Malaga on 3 and 4 October.
EMHE Legal is led by two partners, Felipe Palau Ramírez, a commercial lawyer who is also Professor of Commercial Law at the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia, and Javier Peñarrocha Mateu, also a specialist in Commercial and Procedural Law.
The RocaJunyent Group is made up of the firms RocaJunyent, RocaJunyent-Gaona, RocaJunyent-Iparbilbao, RocaJunyent-Sanz Lomana Puras, RocaJunyent-Hernando Lara, RocaJunyent-Riutord Abogados and RocaJunyent-SGS, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Girona, Málaga, Seville, Bilbao, Burgos, Valladolid, Palma de Mallorca, Badajoz and, now, Valencia.
The RocaJunyent Group has 87 partners and a total of 350 professionals throughout Spain. At the close of the 2023 financial year, the RocaJunyent Group had a turnover of 37.9 million euros.
