RocaJunyent's Employment Law Department has grown to 5 partners and 14 lawyers.

The Girona office, headed by Josep Pujolràs, has a 25-year track record of advising the region's business community

Barcelona, 15 January 2024. RocaJunyent has hired Albert Martínez Rodríguez as a new partner in the labour law team in Girona. The signing is part of the office's consolidation strategy, for which the firm has plans for growth. Led by partner Josep Pujolràs, RocaJunyent's Girona office has nearly 25 years of experience advising the province's business community.

Martínez is a specialist in collective bargaining and restructuring processes. He also stands out for his experience as a litigation lawyer, a speciality in which he has litigated before the Social Jurisdiction in individual and collective matters. In addition, Albert Martínez is also an expert in preventive and pre-litigation advice in Labour and Social Security Law and before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate. The new partner joins RocaJunyent from the boutique labour law firm Vàzquez Advocats.

With his incorporation, RocaJunyent's labour law team has grown to 5 partners and 15 lawyers. The signing of Albert Rodríguez completes a year of reinforcement of the firm's labour area. In 2023, the firm signed Alberto Novoa and his team from CECA Magán as partners in Madrid, and María José Sánchez in Barcelona, also with her team of labour lawyers, in this case from Augusta Abogados.

RocaJunyent's Girona office has two partners and three senior professionals, specialists who offer advice in the main disciplines of business law, mainly company law, restructuring, insolvency and labour law.
