Miquel Roca talks about transparency as a transversal value in society

During his speech at the First Congress on the principle of transparency in predisposed contracting and its projection as a transversal value in society, organised by the Colegio de la Abogacía de Barcelona, Miquel Roca stated that there is no equality without transparency, stressing that without it, the right to equality would be greatly harmed.
