The increasingly well-established revolution that blockchain represents and the interest sparked in companies and institutions, together with the direct and constant work of the firm’s professionals with the pioneers of this technology in Spain, has led the firm to develop its own block chain department: RJ Blockchain.
The professionals who make up the RJ Blockchain team have a deep knowledge of technology, having participated in the creation of consortium and associations to promote it.
We collaborate on projects that develop solutions based on this technology using smart contracts, as well as structuring financing operations through structured tokens such as ICO or STO. We also help to validate from a legal point of view, business models that use blockchain and deal with the different cases in relation to cryptocurrencies and cryptoassets.
Our approach in advising on this matter is multidisciplinary, involving professionals from other specialities such as data protection, cybersecurity, prevention of money laundering, securities markets or taxation, in order to give a global view to the client on the legal issues that may affect their project.
