
Biography and experience
Águeda specialises in Civil Procedural Law and Criminal Procedural Law.
She specialises in developing detailed litigation strategies for clients and providing legal assistance in civil proceedings, particularly in the areas of obligations and agreements, non-contractual liability and tort law. She has extensive knowledge of the management of special procedures, advising companies and individuals on the recovery of possession of property through judicial and extrajudicial means.
She also has experience in the area of criminal procedural law, providing recurring advice in fast-track trials, minor offences and abbreviated procedures. She is also involved in criminal proceedings in the business sphere, particularly in economic crimes.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and the Association of Young Lawyers (AJA).
She graduated in 2018, studied jointly for a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management. In 2020 she completed the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.
She has a Master's Degree in Economic Criminal Law from INESEM Business and is an Expert in Litigation Techniques from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR).
