Biography and experience
Alberto is a specialist in litigation and arbitration. He has extensive knowledge and experience advising companies and organizations in all types of matters (i.e. financial litigation, tort law, competition law infringements, contractual and corporate breaches), advising both national and international companies.
He advises companies and organizations from different sectors, including construction, industrial and financial institutions.
He holds a Master's degree in access to the legal profession and legal advice to companies, Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (UNIR).
