Biography and experience
Álvaro specialises in procedural law. He has extensive knowledge and experience advising companies on civil and criminal litigation matters, such as resolutions for breach of contract, interpretation and execution of agreements, claims for contractual and non-contractual liability, claims for payment, actions to retain or recover possession, evictions, theft, fraud, claims for damages, declaratory and vindicatory actions of ownership, etc., intervening both out of court and in court before the Spanish courts.
He advises companies and organisations in various sectors, including real estate, banking, food and transport.
He has a degree in Law from the University of Valencia (UV), having studied for one year at the University of Coimbra (Portugal).
Álvaro speaks English, Portuguese, Valencian and Spanish.
